Ian Campbell Director
Ian has more than 25 years experience in Asset Management and Property Management of commercial and industrial real estate having worked in funds management and national real estate agencies. Up to March 1999, Ian was Manager, Property Management at Morgan Grenfell (Australia), actively responsible for the management of 68 staff who managed a 45 building portfolio. He left this position in order to establish Campbell Consulting.
Ian is a past member of the Property Council of Australia's NSW Executive. He chaired the Commercial and Industrial Property Committee and has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent (NSW). He was a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a member of the National and NSW Division's Corporate Real Estate committee for the Property Council of Australia, lecturing at their Corporate Real Estate courses and Diploma in Commercial Property Asset Management course.
Royce Engelhardt Director
Royce has extensive experience in the Engineering Services of many high rise, hotels and shopping centre developments and refurbishment projects throughout Australia. He was Engineering Manager for Mirvac and Manager, Engineering for Morgan Grenfell (Australia) who managed a large property portfolio consisting of 65 properties, the majority being large institutional commercial buildings. He left this position in order to establish Campbell Consulting.
Royce was appointed to the Property Council of Australia's NSW Executive and chaired the Technical Committee for 5 years. Over 14 years, Royce was a member of the NSW Property Council of Australia's Technical Committee advising on issues affecting the commercial property market.
In addition, Royce co authored numerous publications relating to energy management, commissioning building services and operational costs in building outgoings.
Daniel Scholtens Senior Consultant
Daniel has extensive experience in the Property and Asset Management of commercial and industrial buildings within both agency and institutional environments. Most recently, Daniel was an Associate Director within a major agency, servicing institutional clients.
Whilst working in agency, Daniel experienced first hand the benefits of undertaking annual tenant surveys with Campbell Consulting. By developing continual improvement programs for his clients' assets, he and his Property Management teams were consistently able to retain a high proportion of tenants.
A support team of staff assist this Executive team in collecting data and meeting client timelines.
