Royce Engelhardt Director
Royce has extensive experience providing the Engineering Services for many high rise, hotels and shopping centre developments and refurbishment projects throughout Australia. He has managed large property portfolios mainly consisting of institutional commercial buildings.
Royce was appointed to the Property Council of Australia's NSW Executive and was a member of the Technical Committee for 14 years. During that time he chaired the committee for 5 years advising on issues affecting the commercial property market. In addition, Royce co authored numerous publications relating to energy management, commissioning building services and controlling building operational costs.
Wayne Gardner Senior Consultant
Wayne commenced as Senior Consultant in August 2010 in response to significant business expansion at Campbell Consulting. Wayne has over 20 years experience in investment property, most recently as NSW/ACT Asset Manager for ANZ Bank. Prior roles include general property consultancy specialising in database audits, income maximisation, and the implementation of management processes and protocols for clients including AMP, Grosvenor, Knight Frank and Challenger. Wayne spent 15 years with AMP in various Property and General Management roles including property divestment. He has a Bachelor of Business (Land Economics) and is a Certified Property Manager with the Property Council of Australia.
